Position Summary

The Outdoor Services Crew Member is a hands-on field position responsible for performing a variety of outdoor property maintenance and enhancement services. This role requires reliability, physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple job sites per day. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and understands that every property we touch represents the KILEY brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties
• Execute spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal, bed maintenance, and debris hauling
• Assist with mulching, planting, and seasonal landscape enhancements
• Load, transport, and properly dispose of yard waste at designated disposal sites
• Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Ensure job sites are left clean, professional, and to KILEY standards upon completion
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout the workday
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support snow removal and winter services operations as needed during off-season months
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on client properties

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience with commercial lawn care equipment preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of landscaping practices and seasonal property care
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable operating trucks and trailers (experience towing preferred)

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Kiley Real Estate Advisors, you will:

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and successful closings.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property values.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Create and execute marketing plans for listings, including professional photography, staging recommendations, and online promotions.
• Draft and review purchase agreements, contracts, and related documents.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay current with local real estate market trends and regulatory changes.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to manage client relationships, marketing efforts, and transactions.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and networking events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A valid Michigan real estate license.
• Proven sales or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
